William Brewer is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Group. William has experience in representing lenders and borrowers in real estate financing, including conduit lending. William also has experience in representing sellers and purchasers in complex commercial transactions, including multifamily properties, office buildings and shopping centers. William has represented landlords and tenants in connection with leasing commercial office space and restaurants.
