Practice:

Michael Herman is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Group. His practice is focused primarily in representing institutional lenders in connection with commercial real estate loans intended for securization or other sale in the secondary market.  He is also well-versed  in the financing of multifamily properties through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing product line & the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program.  Michael handles all aspects of real estate purchase and sales, leasing and whole loan acquisitions and sales as well as the purchase and sale of single-family residential real estate, condominiums and cooperatives.
