Ingrid Hlawaty is an Associate in the firm's Real Estate Group. Ingrid has focused her practice representing institutional and commercial lenders in closing real estate loans intended for sale in the secondary market with respect to multifamily and commercial properties, and in closing commercial permanent, interim, construction and mezzanine loans. Ingrid also has experience handling various other transactions including leasing, entity structuring and the sales and acquisitions of various corporate assets.
