Michael Hurley is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Group. Michael has vast experience in representing mortgage and mezzanine lenders, property owners and developers. Michael regularly handles commercial transactions encompassing sales and acquisitions of real property and equity interests, mortgage and mezzanine loan originations and formation of entities for acquisition, ownership, development, operation and/or management of real property. In addition, Michael frequently represents buyers and sellers of residential property including single-family homes, cooperatives, condominiums and town homes.
