Practice:

Anita practices in the firm's Real Estate Group. Anita has a variety of experience in representing mortgage lenders, mezzanine lenders and property owners. Anita's experience includes representing both institutional and private lenders in the financing of commerical and multifamily properties, including lenders that originate loans that are intended for sale to Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. Anita also has experience in representing property owners with respect to the refinancing of existing mortgage loans and the acquisition of properties, including the structuring and formation of entities with respect to such ownership.
