Toni Jordan is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Group. Toni has represented financial institutions in commercial transactions with a special emphasis on mortgage financings for affordable housing transactions, including construction loans, tax-exempt bond deals and transactions utilizing federal, state and local subsidy and incentive programs. Toni also has experience in other aspects of institutional real estate lending, including interim and permanent loans for multi-state, multi-property transactions.
