Practice:

Jennifer H. Krucher is an associate in the firm's Residential Real Estate practice group. Jennifer has experience representing lenders, buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions in New York and New Jersey. Jennifer also has experience representing purchasers of new construction properties as well as purchasers and sellers of cooperative apartments. Jennifer's practice has also expanded to include drafting various types of satisfaction and release documents for not-for-profit housing corporations and residential condominium projects. Jennifer's experience also includes will drafting and probate.
