Practice:
Lance Levine is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Group. Lance has more than 15 years of general real estate experience, with particular expertise representing commercial lenders originating mortgage and mezzanine construction, permanent and bridge loans, including financings for syndication and securitization. He frequently represents financial institutions buying and selling whole loans and loan participations. He also has extensive experience representing lenders and owners dealing with distressed real estate assets, including negotiated workouts, deed-in-lieu transactions, bankruptcy sales and acquisitions, loan sales and equity recapitalizations. In addition, Lance has represented real estate developers and/or their "money partners" in the acquisition and disposition of various different types of real estate assets located throughout the country.

Lance has been a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Mortgage Bankers' Association of New York, the CRE Finance Council and the New York State Bar Association's Real Property Section.
