Practice:

Dennis Mensi is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Group. Dennis has focused his practice representing institutional lenders in closing commercial real estate loans intended for securitization or other sale in the secondary market with respect to multifamily and commercial properties. Dennis also has represented investment and commercial banks in the origination of mezzanine loans and in purchasing, selling, and syndicating mortgage and mezzanine loans. Dennis also has experience in handling an array of commercial and residential real estate transactions including sales and acquisitions of real property.
