Practice:
Shelby Phillips joined the firm in 2011 as an Associate in the firm's Real Estate Group. Shelby represents institutional lenders in connection with the financing of multifamily properties through Fannie Mae's DUS program and Freddie Mac's Seller-Servicer program. She also represents institutional lenders in the closing of commercial real estate loans for securitization or sale in the secondary market. Prior to joining the firm, Shelby worked as a Senior Attorney for the FDIC. She has also worked as Senior Counsel for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. in the capital markets division.
