firm has extensive experience in preparation of documentation for,
and closing of, loans secured by residential, multifamily and
commercial properties nationwide and we advise clients regarding
rights and remedies arising out of the origination, sale,
pooling and servicing of such loans.
The firm is well versed in the policies and procedures of
the secondary financial markets including Freddie Mac, Fannie
Mae and various investment firms. We have assisted our clients
in connection with the acquisition of portfolios, creation
of conduit loan origination programs and the sale and participation
of their loan portfolios in the secondary market.
We
regularly counsel clients on issues concerning secondary mortgage
markets, including mortgage loan origination and servicing
operations, mortgage wholesale and correspondent arrangements,
and the purchase and sale of mortgages and mortgage servicing
and subservicing rights.
