The Real Estate Group represents both tenants and landlords in drafting and negotiating leases, lease assignments and termination/buyout agreements for shopping centers, office buildings, industrial parks and apartment buildings. The Group analyzes each transaction, whether simple or complex, in relation to current market conditions and negotiates/drafts the provisions of its documents with such sophistication. Leasing clients include developers and owners of commercial and industrial properties as well as housing facilities. Several members of the Real Estate Group have the experience necessary to handle the intricacy of New York City rent stabilization and rent control and appear before the various agencies and courts relating to housing in New York City.
