Practice:
Andrew Rosenberg is a partner to the firm and
practices in the firm's Real Estate Group. Andrew specializes in and has
extensive experience representing property owners, developers, equity
investors and lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate and
development including, without limitation, acquisitions, sales, financing
and affordable housing transactions. Andrew also has vast experience
representing both property owners and tenants in connection with leasing
transactions and frequently represents sellers and purchasers of residential
property including single family homes, town homes, condominium apartments,
cooperative apartments in the Northeast United States and Florida. The
breadth and scope of Andrew's experience also includes the formation of all
types of entities for the purpose of owning and developing real property and
the drafting of complex operating agreements and partnership agreements with
respect to the ownership, development and management of real property.
