Practice:

Michael A. Rosenberg is an Associate in the firm's Real Estate Group. Michael has focused his practice representing institutional and commercial lenders in closing real estate loans intended for sale in the secondary market with respect to multifamily and commercial properties, and in closing commercial permanent, interim, bridge, construction and mezzanine loans. Michael has also represented investment and commercial banks in purchasing, selling, and syndicating mortgage and mezzanine loans. Michael also has experience handling various other commercial transactions including leasing, entity structuring and the sales and acquisitions of mortgage loans, equity interests and real property.
