Michael B. Schneider is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Group. Mike has experience handling a wide array of commercial real estate transactions, including financings representing borrowers and lenders, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leases and construction contracts. Mike has participated in hotel/resort, office, retail, multifamily and affordable housing transactions. He recently represented a private real estate company in a joint venture solar power investment project.

Prior to joining Cassin & Cassin LLP, Mike spent several years as VP and General Counsel to a Manhattan based real estate investment and development company.
