Practice:

Scott Schwartz joined the firm in 2011 as an associate in the real estate department. Scott counsels real estate developers, public and private companies and individual investors in the structuring of various real estate transactions. He has experience in the acquisition, sale, development and financing of commercial, retail and residential properties on both a national and local level. He has also represented some of the largest landlords in the New York area in the leasing of office properties. In addition, Scott's broad experience includes the drafting of operating agreements, joint venture agreements and related documents. Scott also has experience in working with Industrial Development Agency financings, economic incentives and similar economic benefit agencies.
