Practice:

Alice Youngbar is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Group. Alice has focused her practice on representing institutional lenders in connection with commercial real estate loans intended for securitization or other sale in the secondary market. Alice also represents lenders in the financing of multifamily properties through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing product line & the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program. Alice is also experienced in representing buyers and sellers of residential property including single-family homes, cooperatives and condominiums.
