Ryan Martin, an assocaite at Cassin & Cassin LLP, represents institutional lenders in closing commercial real estate loans in all asset classes intended for securitization, sale in the secondary market or to be held on lenders’ balance sheets.
Mr. Martin received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, where he also earned a Certificate in Real Estate Law with distinction, and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
