Caroline O’Keefe, a law clerk at Cassin & Cassin LLP, assists in representing lenders in the financing of multifamily properties through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing program and the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program, in both conventional loan programs and affordable housing programs.
Ms. O’Keefe received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University. Her admission to practice in the State of New York is pending.
