Katelyn R. Squicciarini, a partner at Cassin & Cassin LLP, represents lenders in the financing of multifamily properties through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing program and the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program, in both conventional loan programs and affordable housing programs, with an emphasis on tax exempt properties, ground leases, manufactured housing, Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Programs, tax exempt bonds, and low-income housing tax credits.
Ms. Squicciarini received her Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, magna cum laude, and her Bachelor of Arts in Communication, with academic honors, from George Mason University. She is currently a member of the CRE Finance Council Young Professional Networking Sub-Committee which helps to develop networking events geared towards young professionals in the commercial real estate field.
