Matthew represents lenders in the financing of multifamily properties through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing program and the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program, with an emphasis on affordable housing. He joins us from a boutique commercial real estate law firm where he represented developers in the acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of residential, multifamily, industrial, and other types of real estate transactions. Matthew received his J.D. from New York Law School and his B.B.A. from the University of Miami. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
