Danielle Joel is an associate at Cassin & Cassin LLP. Ms. Joel focuses her practice on representing institutional lenders in connection with commercial real estate loans intended for securitization or other sale in the secondary market. In this capacity, she represents lenders in the financing of multifamily properties through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing program and the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program.
Prior to joining Cassin, Ms. Joel represented institutional and other commercial clients in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions as well as bank transactions.
Ms. Joel received her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
