John Patouhas is an associate at Cassin & Cassin LLP. In this role, Mr. Patouhas focuses his practice on the representation of lenders in closing commercial real estate loans, with a concentration on the financing of multifamily properties through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing program and the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program.
Prior to joining Cassin, Mr. Patouhas worked at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP representing ad hoc creditor groups, hedge funds, private equity sponsors, and purchasers of distressed assets in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
Mr. Patouhas received his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and his Bachelor of Arts, with high honors, from Boston University. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
