Kelsey Halverson is a Partner in Cassin’s Agency Lending and Affordable Housing Practices. She focuses on representing institutional lenders in connection with the financing of multifamily properties through Fannie Mae’s Delegated Underwriting & Servicing program and Freddie Mac’s Seller-Servicer program in both conventional loan programs and affordable housing programs, with an emphasis on green financing, preferred equity, ground leases, condominiums, moderate rehabilitation, manufactured housing, Section 8 and Housing Assistance Payments Contracts, tax exempt bonds, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. In addition, Ms. Halverson has significant experience in originating bridge loans for transitional assets.
Ms. Halverson received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review and inducted into the Order of the Coif, and her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Saint Mary’s College of California. She serves on the Advisory Board of Directors for OCJ Kids and as a Regional Network Leader for Pepperdine University. Ms. Halverson is admitted to practice in the States of Arizona and California.
