Mariana Cassin Fletcher, a partner at Cassin & Cassin LLP, represents institutional and commercial lenders in closing commercial real estate loans in all asset classes intended for securitization, sale in the secondary market or to be held on lenders’ balance sheets. In addition, she also has experience closing commercial real estate loans for the financing of multifamily properties through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing program and the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program.
Ms. Fletcher received her Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and her Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
