Michael A. Rosenberg is a partner at Cassin & Cassin LLP. In this role, Mr. Rosenberg focuses his practice on representing institutional and commercial lenders in closing commercial real estate loans (permanent, interim, bridge, construction, and mezzanine) in all asset classes nationwide intended for sale in the secondary market or to be held on lenders’ balance sheets. He has also represented investment and commercial banks in purchasing, selling, syndicating and restructuring mortgage and mezzanine loans. Additionally, Mr. Rosenberg has experience handling other complex commercial transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of real property and equity interests, and leasing.

Mr. Rosenberg was recently selected by Real Estate Forum as one of their 2017 50 Under 40 honorees. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law, his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business, and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland at College Park, Robert H. Smith School of Business. Admitted to practice in the State of New York and the State of Maryland, Mr. Rosenberg is a member of the American Bar Association, the Mortgage Bankers Association of New York and is both a member and past board member of the Young Mortgage Bankers Association.
